APPLICATIONS
We accept PDF, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Quark Xpress, and Adobe Indesign files. If you’re using another software please specify in you quotes request.

FILE FORMATS
High resolution JPG, PDF, TIFF, AI, PSD, and EPS

COLOR FORMATS
All files must be converted to CMYK or Black & White

IMAGE RESOLUTION
The maximum resolution recommended is 300 DPI at 100% for the final output size. Higher resolution is acceptable as well depending on the quality or your art work or photo.

TRANSMITTING FILES
Files no greater than 100 MB can be uploaded to our FTP site.
Files that are greater than 100 MB must be transfer on a CD or DVD and sent by courier to our office or delver in person.

Ensure that when sending through FTP or the website that the files are compressed.

FILE PREPARATION
You are responsible for the files that you send.
Please be sure to include .25” Bleed on all graphic files.

All fonts and True Type must be converted to outline or curves when submitting Illustrator files. Other programs the screen and printer fonts must be provided.

Turnaround time 5-7 business days or less depending on the job. For custom orders that are high in volume please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
